Getting into the semifinals was already amazing! You may not have taken the championship, but Hans playing in Grade 8 provincials as a Grade 6 student and earning Player of the Game makes us incredibly proud parents.
This weekend is another one for the books, especially for us as parents. It’s not just about winning, it’s about the fun and the memories we all shared. If you enjoyed playing, just know we enjoyed it even more, and I’m sure all the parents did too.
That’s what youth sports is really about, making memories, having fun with your family, and those moments mean even more than a gold medal.
