I love what I do as a tour guide in Venice, Italy, but today that all comes to a stop! Finally it’s time for a break after a whirlwind of non-stop touring day and night for the past 7 days!
My daughter got off from school last week and I finally have time to catch up with her and reconnect!
Looking forward to mommy-daughter time, maybe spent at the beach or just hanging out together anywhere her little heart desires! ☀️🏖️💕
That’s why I love the flexibility of being a tour guide. I get to choose when to work and when not to work.
There’s only one drawback—it’s seasonal!
That’s why I chose to dive into the online space and start running my own digital business.
My biggest takeaways after a few years in?
📚 I get to learn on-demand skills like social media marketing, business development, and strategy. Skills that are becoming more and more valuable and helping me move forward into the future.
🤝 Mentorship is not just learning from a random person from Lord knows where in the online space—it’s about making real connections with other women and men who are in the same mental space as you. People looking for flexibility out of necessity. Whether you’re a seasonal worker like me, a SAHM, someone overworked, or anyone in between, we’re all searching for balance between work and life.
⏰ You get out of it what you put into it. Of course, it’s super flexible, but you’re the one in control, so time management is a necessity—and a work in progress for most of us!
🚀 You don’t have to have it all figured out first! You just have to start!
