This week started of tough.

A couple of health issues needing an all stop moment.
And leaving us now in the what's our plan from here phase currently.

A project we were working on for a long time and investing all sorts of time and energy into didn't work out. It's back to the drawing board and while I am sure the comeback with be better than ever in the moment it kind of just sucked.

Tackling the ever present print and canada post challenges. Yes, we have done so much to improve both those things, and we are actively moving to a more in house model but by gosh that is proving to be quite the feat.

Vehicles having a moment on days that were supposed to be filled with meetings.

A mama squirrel passing away in our yard leaving us with two little baby squirrels to find a home for.

Our routine being a little chaotic as we transition into a new family schedule.

And none of these things carry the same weight. Some of them were more major and others were quite a bit more minor. But in true when it rains it pours style they all happened over the course or 3 days in the Monday- Wednesday part of this week. 😅

So yes, I am here going TGIF, shaking this week off and looking forward to a weekend of sunshine and starting off fresh next week. 🎉

And to everyone that has been so kind, so gracious and so wonderful this week as we navigated one thing after another. I appreciate you so very much. 💞

Every summer, Ledare and I put together one of my favourite Heartheld traditions… princess sessions ✨

There’s something so fun about creating a whimsical little world for a morning. Florals, beautiful details, lakeside light, twirling dresses, and a setup designed to feel playful, creative, and storybook-inspired.

This year’s sessions will take place on Friday June 19th at Hasse Lake.

These are photos from last year’s setup for inspiration, but this year’s set will be completely fresh and newly designed. I already have so many ideas for this one and can’t wait to bring it to life. ✨️

We’re opening up just 5 sessions total this year and are so excited. Siblings and friends welcome to come together. 💖

The flowers are starting to bloom again, the sunshine is staying a little longer, and the next edition of Heartheld heads out this week.

There’s something so sweet about this season. Fresh pages, soft florals, little moments of inspiration, and reminders to slow down enough to actually enjoy the life we’re building.

A little Heartheld update we’re so excited to share.

One thing we’ve always loved about Heartheld advertising is that it has never simply been about ad space. It’s about stories. It’s about the why behind a business, the people who built it, the heart that keeps it going, and creating something beautiful that helps readers feel connected to it.

As Heartheld has grown, we’ve found ourselves leaning even more into that.

Our May edition will be the last edition featuring quarter page advertisements, which means our Silver Package is growing into 3 half-page advertisements giving us a little more space to share the heart behind businesses in a thoughtful, story-led way.

Our Gold Package is now 6 full-page advertisements giving us beautiful space to build connection, share your story, and create something readers can truly pause for a moment on.

And our Platinum Package has grown into something incredibly special 11 two-page features, along with two custom collaborations built around your business. Sometimes that looks like a co-hosted event, a co-created product, a website, marketing support, flyers, billboards, or social media collaborations, the sky is the limit and we will build something meaningful together.

It also includes your own custom printed special edition, created just for your business, which are just so fun.

More space. More creativity. More collaboration. More room for heart.

The new pricing is now live on our website, but as a little thank you to those who have grown alongside us, for any advertising packages purchased before May 1st we will gift the previous pricing on the upgraded package. 💖
