Today was a heart melter! It was my last day of teaching yoga to the kiddos at Free Spirits Childcare Inc. for 6 weeks. They gifted me an amazing handmade card and a beautiful bouquet of flowers! By far my most favourite class to teach! Cannot wait until next year!!! Keep practicing your breathwork and yoga poses! ❤️ Ms. Lesa
