23 years old: Left my consulting job.
24 years old: Opened 5 gym locations.
26 years old: Closed down 6th gym. Lost everything.
26 years old: Got back to launching gyms and lost everything for a 2nd time.
26 years old: In desperation, started licensing model as a hail mary. It worked.
27 years old: "Gym Launch" does $3M profit the next 6 months. Then $17M profit next 12 months.
28 years old: Started Prestige Labs. $20M the first year.
29 years old: Launched USEALAN - a software company for agencies to work leads for customers.

31 years old: Sold 75% of UseAlan to a strategic buyer in all stock deal.

I don't need a lavish lifestyle, nor to be a millionaire. I only want the next chapter (retirement years) to be full of making memories with loved ones, traveling the world and living in peace. And it's POSSIBLE ๐Ÿ‘

I've said these words many times, and one day realized I just need to...START ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ There will never be the "right time" You do have to spend $ to invest in yourself. The biggest regret YOU will ever have is not starting ๐Ÿ’”

Everyone's tired. No one's playing at 100%. Everyone has injuries and bruises and tradeoffs they would've played differently if they had known better.

Everyone has all that in common. The only thing that separates winners from losers is choosing to win anyways.

I am Cheri, 55yrs of age, single, working in the bar/service industry for 38yrs. I am a very proud mother of 2 amazing children. As I am getting closer to retirement, I know that it will be hard to travel between 2 continents to visit my children on the pension I will receive.
