The monster Wayne Sibbald McBride was granted parole again even after reoffending. The system's mandate is reintegration into society at all costs. Victim rights have no bearing on the final decision, the system cares not for the protection of society or victim's families. After 40 years I still fight to keep him in prison. Justice for Alecia til my last breath.
