As an avid food enthusiast, I must confess that this was one of the most exceptional meals I have enjoyed savouring. Amber's well-deserved 2-star Michelin status is a testament to its commitment to redefining the art of contemporary dining and sustainability as well.
Stepping into the restaurant, I was immediately captivated by its elegant decor, exuding an ambiance of warmth and opulence, enhanced by the gentle glow of soft lighting. It set the perfect stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.
During my visit, I opted for the highly recommended Amber Unlimited experience, encompassing a delightful 4-course menu and a 2-hour free-flow of exquisite beverages. Among the many highlights of this culinary adventure, one dish stood out in particular: the renowned "Aka Uni." This signature creation of Amber combines the finest ingredients, including Imperial Caviar, Red Sea Urchin, and Lobster Jelly, harmoniously accompanied by a velvety Cauliflower pan cotta.
