Having worked in the media industry for over 20 years, I've managed many successful digital campaigns incorporating digital video content, social media and online advertising as well as traditional media to create recognisable brand imaging, impressive analytics and produced and directed several advertising award spots along the way. ve creative background coupled with extensive technical training and experience in video and audio content development make my skill set particularly unique. The biggest, most successful notable project as the local producer and production manager for a recent big budget Warner Brothers reality show for Sky TV UK and Netflix Worldwide, speaks to my ability to handle large scale, multi-faceted projects with great attention to detail in a large team setting. As a registered, licensed and fully insured professional drone pilot for the last 3 years, I have logged well over 450 UAV flights and 100 hours flying and filming all over the Caribbean region, in challenging conditions (when absolutely necessary) - including flying a DJI Inspire 2 drone for the live international broadcast for the 2019 CPL T20 Tournament across the Caribbean and South America for India’s largest professional UAV/drone company, Quidich, Mount Gay Rum, Cobblers Cove and Eco Lodge hotels, as well as research/scouting for international production companies. I’m currently studying to obtain my part 107 FAA certification, but am already well versed in proper drone regulations and practices. Having founded and established my media production company Crucial Productions as one of Barbados’ leaders in digital content production and secured its place at the top of all SEO searches in its categories, I can bring this same level of success and competence to others. I am extremely creative, technical and personable with a passion for learning and an attention to detail; my unique vision allows me to see various market segments to which a product or service may appeal and I have the ability to reach those audiences successfully.
