This took place July 21, 2025 and it still hasn’t been resolved by . Scott’s Bank you need to resolve this I. Our FRUD Department now! >>>>> FRAUD ALERT >>>> Earlier this week my SCOTIA Bank credit card was compromised by a company called FANDUEL an online gambling company. They withdrew (2) $800 amounts both in cash and transaction fees of $5.00 each time. I’ve never used or subscribed to a company like this in my life. $1610 Total from somewhere in Alberta.
Try even getting a hold of anyone at Fanduel .... Impossible!!!!
My bank alerted me immediately and I called the Scotia Line Fraud Department. Here’s the rub .... Fanduel took out the money and then proceeded to credit back the amount.
The Fraud Department said I would be reimbursed in full and they will issue me a new credit card. Now before you get the credit card to authorize it they show the last 4 digits of a new pending number on my online bank page ....
The next day July 22nd my pending credit card account shows Fandeul taking out the money again and the transaction went through so I called the Scotia Fraud Line again and they can’t figure how this happened ....
ISN’T IT OBVIOUS THAT ITS AN INSIDE JOB!!!!. Yesterday I filed a Toronto Online Fraud Police report and took it to my branch to be notarized and sent to the Toronto Police Fraud Squad Department .... I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I HAVE ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
