U DON'T LOOK SICK!!! No I don't. It's hard to explain to someone when they have no clue. It's a daily struggle feeling sick on the inside while you look fine on the outside. Please put this as your status for at least 1 hour if you or someone you know has an invisible illness (Anxiety, Bi-Polar, Depression , Sickle Cell, Diabetes, LUPUS, RA,TBI, Fibromyalgia, Crohns, MS, Aspergers, ADHD, etc..) Walked to Fire Fighter training tonight. I'm so focused on just being a little better each day. I'm hustling like never before. Is it hard? You're damn right it is! Do I think about quitting? All the damn time! But I won't! I am committed to my goals and dreams and I am doing what I believe I need to do to make it all happen. You've all heard this but are you acting on it?? IF your dream is big enough and means enough to you you will make it happen. I'm not worried about how or when. I am just pushing forward and doing everything in my power to make it happen. Dream big. Commit. Stay focused and just do it!!! My time is coming and when it does I will be ready 👊👊 Stay ready y'all! 🥰 Go get it!!

What a crew!! Thanks to for the inspiration and accountability ❤️🥰 Thank you for your courage and commitment 🙏 Kept me thinking about his run and strength as I pushed through the 10k in under an hour. Not breaking any records or anything but pretty proud of hammering through without running more than the couple K I ran over the last two days. Getting those legs back to go along with the fists 👊👊

Kid got me good tonight. He's been saying lately how many things scare him. Asking if monsters are real. Being afraid to go to rooms alone.
So when he said "Daddy do you know what I'm most afraid of in the world?" I wasn't prepared. His answer was "losing my family" 🥺🥺❤️ Sometimes I forget just how important it is to be present and listen and just be there. We get so caught up in all the craziness of life that sometimes we forget the things that are really the most important are right in front of us. Thank you for putting that into perspective big man 🙏😍 Daddy loves you😘

Nice little boys hang at the playground Wishful thinking but hopefully they got a little tuckered out so I can get a little work in. Study the masters that have come before you. Learn, grow and do something EVERYDAY to progress towards your goals. I'm not going to sit here and say I'm perfect and things are always positive and going the right way but I will say I'm striving towards those dreams and any obstacle that gets in the way I'm fighting through it. Life is always throwing curveballs and swinging at us but as long as we keep swinging back and moving forward we will prevail 😍👊 Hope you're all having a wonderful Saturday. Go get it
