Toronto Collage Collective World Collage Day Meet-up
Toronto Collage Collective is hosting a World Collage Day Meetup at the historic Lambton House . The day is curated to celebrate collage, bringing people together through making, exchanging, and sharing collage. During the event, held from 2-6PM EDT, there will be collage meetup, artist trading card exchange, materials sharing and collaborative making throughout the afternoon. Visitors will also be able to view "JOURNEYS", a group exhibition presented by the Toronto Collage Collective, on view 30 April-31 May 2026. Curated by Daria Beer, the exhibition brings together works by collective members alongside an international open call, exploring themes of migration, movement, memory, and transformation through collage. This year is especially meaningful as Toronto Collage Collective turns 2 and the gathering is both a celebration and a thank you to the community that has grown with us. Why join us? Because this is a space for everyone, whether you are a seasoned collage artist or have never picked up a glue stick, there is a place for you here. All levels are welcome. ABOUT WORLD COLLAGE DAY
World Collage Day is an annual, international celebration of collage on the Second Saturday of May. In honor of World Collage Day on 9 May 2026, Kolaj Institute is releasing a special edition of Kolaj Magazine. The Special Edition is full of Cut-Out Pages and stories from inspiring collage artists. Order before World Collage Day, and the printed magazine also includes a poster and a collection of World Collage Day Postcards, designed by World Collage Day 2026 Poster Artist Jessa Dupuis.
