An Ode to my sweetheart
Today is your birthday ,a special day for a queen like you.Words are not enough to pen down what you have been and mean to me. I remember our humble beginning,the "yes yes" and "I do's."
I can't forget your support system that stood like a rock. The shoulders you gave me in my vulnerable moments.You have always believed in me and encouraged me to be a better version of myself. You were there for me when I was down and out ,you encouraged me and showed me love, which was the tonic I needed to rise and shine again.
My Peaches and Cream, you have been a good wife to me and a caring mum to the boys. You have trained the boys to become better versions of themselves. You made them believe in themselves and the heights they can reach via hard work.You find time for everyone even when you combine the role of an adult student, wife, and mother . Your culinary skills are next to none - eriwala'm onu.
Today, I celebrate your birth, the birth of a lady full of milk of kindness, a lady whom God has blessed and shown mercy in all ramifications.The kids and I celebrate you ,an Amazon,strong willed and supportive- Oso di ya eme (in my mums words).
Chinweuzor, my prayers of long life for us is answered. We will grow old together in good health and abundance. Happy birthday, my love,my sweetheart. Yes, I mean you,my peaches and cream.
