At the tail end of my last trip to Lisbon it turned out to be a tattoo day. I met twice while I was there and the results were and still are f’ing fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The older I get the more important being comfortable in my own skin becomes. It’s never something I’ve had a great grasp on but the more I find myself in the gym, wearing clothing I love, and eating properly the better I feel. I recently heard feeling good isn’t about feeling skinny, it’s about feeling strong.
