𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝? 🤩

The start of a new year is the perfect time to pause and ask yourself that question.🤔

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had a front-row seat to something pretty incredible. Working with some other amazing leaders, we launched a new cohort today for a special 90-day program designed to help business owners grow, learn, and stretch — together.🚀

Almost 𝟐,𝟖𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 raised their hand and said yes to starting the year with intention, accountability, and support.🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏽‍♂️ Wow!!! 😱 That’s more than double our last record cohort — and it showed me just how many people are ready to step into more this year. 🙌🏼

This kind of growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It takes planning, collaboration, and an army of people committed to building a foundation where everyone can rise. And watching that energy come together over the last weeks has been incredibly inspiring.

A new year isn’t about resolutions — it’s about decisions.
Deciding to grow.
Deciding to learn.
Deciding to show up consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Deciding to level up in a way that actually sticks. 🙌🏽

When I started this business 15 months ago, my life looked very different.

After a 35-year career, I found myself out of work at 58, with no income, and not enough saved for retirement. For 2 years, I had been watching money going out and nothing coming in, and I was stressed and anxious about my future. 😢

I knew something had to change.
So I took a leap. I started this business (at 60 years old😳 ). Even though I was nervous...What if it didn't work? What if I didn't know how? But I had no Plan B....I knew I had to figure it out. And I did.

I followed the training. I learned.
I stayed consistent.
I kept going, even when it felt uncomfortable.

Today, I feel excited and confident about my future🙌🏼. And I finally feel that I’m building the life I want — one that includes travel, flexibility, and building a nest egg for the years ahead.😍

A brand-new year is a perfect time to pause and ask yourself:
What do I want my life to look like a year from now? 🤔
And what am I willing to do differently to get there? 📋✅

Everything you need to take that next step is already here. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own — you will have mentorship, training and support and a whole crowd cheering you on 🥳

Don’t wait.
Don’t let another year pass wishing things were different.

Time to make room for what’s next!

This week I’m decluttering — and wow, it’s been eye opening. 😅

So far I’ve filled five bags for donation, plus another bag of warm coats already dropped off… and I still have half my closet to go. 🧺👀
How did I ever accumulate so much stuff?😳

And then there are the gowns.
So. Many. Gowns. 👗

There was a season of my life where I wore a lot of gowns… And wearing the same gown twice was basically unheard of. 🙈 Different events, different countries, different chapters. 🌍👸🏼
Beautiful memories… but not the life I’m living now.

So I’m letting many of my things go. ❤️
Not because they weren’t special — but because they no longer fit who I am today. 🌿

There’s something powerful about clearing space.
Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. 🙌🏽

Because making room often means making space for what’s next.
And that applies to closets… and to life. 💭

This season has me thinking a lot about letting go of what no longer fits, so there’s room for new opportunities, new energy, and new possibilities. 🌱

If you’ve been feeling that it might be time to release the old and open yourself up to something new — you’re not alone. 🥰
Sometimes the bravest step forward starts with simply making space. ❤️

Btw - of the three dresses posted below, if you were going to keep one of them, which one would you choose? 🤷🏼‍♀️ (they haven’t actually walked out the door to the donation box quite yet! 😂)

I love this week between Christmas and New Year’s ❤️ It's my favourite time to think and plan. 🤔
The rush slows down, the busyness fades, and there’s finally space to breathe and reflect. 🌿

It’s often when we start asking ourselves some honest questions…
How did this year really go? 🤷🏼‍♀️
What worked? ✅
What didn’t? ❌
And what do I want more of moving forward? 💭

It's ok not to have a full plan right now.
It's ok not to have all the answers.
Sometimes the first step is simply giving yourself permission to imagine something new. 🌱
