one thing we’ve both been working on lately is committing to our fitness journey and taking care of our health together. From long walks to cooking at home and pushing each other to stay consistent, it’s nice to see the results slowly paying off 💪🏾
For me personally, I’ve lost 20 pounds so far, and I’m not finished yet. These 6-week challenges have been helping me stay focused and consistent so I plan on continuing the journey. Unfortunately, I had a minor set back after hurting my ankle playing ball last month so I am resting for me. But I plan on jumping right back into it at the start of the next month.
So if you’ve been needing a little motivation to get started (or keep going), join my broadcast channel. It’s not just for you, but i find having a community that’s also grinding away at their goals keeps me accountable too! 😅
