From Concept to Cut — A Custom Business Card Story

This wasn’t your average print job. Our client came to us with a vent-style business card design, and we turned their vision into reality using CNC precision.

Along the way, we tackled real production challenges:

- Paper sticking during removal
- Overcutting from oversized blades
- Uneven trimming caused by a misaligned conveyor belt

Through testing, adjusting, and refining, we fine-tuned blade sizes, repositioned machines, and used air pressure to cleanly remove excess material. The result? A bold, professional card with sharp detail and zero compromise.
