So often we are looking ahead to what's coming, thinking we are in control.

It's a joke. We don't have a clue.

So today just be in the now. Don't worry about the future. Enjoy every second and be present to what's in your life because tomorrow it can change in a heartbeat.

Of course it doesn't mean you don't plan and set intention for your life. You create the life of tomorrow by the choices you make today. That's part of the game of life.

But for goodness sake, let go of worrying about what's coming because it could always be so much better than what we're imagining. And we forget this fact so quickly.

So imagine the best and fully enjoy the now. It's the only way to be.

When we begin our spiritual journey we soon realize how many beliefs we have adopted from our upbringing, and society in general.

The beliefs on this slide are NOT normally spoken in general conversation. To be spiritual means being willing to step out on a limb and create a new life based on what you feel is right for you.

Not everyone in your family, work or community will be on the same path and that's perfect. They are on their own journey.

Take a moment today to write your truths. Use the sentence stem "I no longer believe ....". and finish the sentence with what is no longer true for you. Follow that with the statement "I now believe ..." This will bring you clarity on where you stand on what you do and don't believe.

After every coaching contract I take my clients through what I call a "wrap up session", and these two phrases reveal their letting go process, and their expansion into what is now their truth.

If you take the time to do this you will be surprised to see how you are changing. It will hopefully reveal more of your truth to you.

It's the simple habits in life that sustain our awakening experience. Stillness, connection to the planet, healthy food and high vibrational music are the key components I use every day.

I listen to music that supports my spiritual life. I find a few moments to meditate connecting to my breath and body. I feed my body with the most healthy food options I can find and I know work for this body I'm in. Every day I look up at the sky and trees and walk.

When I do this I remember I'm a spiritual being who chose to visit here for a human experience at this time in Earth's evolution. What a trip!

Most of us follow our head in life. I call it being "head led".

It's not our fault. We are conditioned to think like everyone else and be one of the crowd. It feeds our sense of belonging and our need for acceptance.

BUT I've learned that's not where happiness lies.

If you follow your heart instead you carve your own path. You forge your own way. You make a life that works for YOU.

Your came here for an adventure. It lives inside the energy of your heart not your head. You need to be "heart fed".

Your head is good for keeping you safe and protected and being like everyone else.

But if you want to live an life you've got to reach for the stars, fly above the crowd, make your own choices.

Listen to your heart today and follow. It knows the way.

I used to think that I didn't have magic in my life. Then I discovered spirituality!

Spirituality works at the quantum level. This is where the magic happens. Here on planet Earth we have been conditioned to believe that things are not real unless you can see it already.

This, my friends, is utter bu****it.

The quantum field holds all and every possibility that's available and when we tap into this energy field, anything is possible.

So wake up with the thought that magic always comes your way ... and lo and behold, just setting the intention sets this in motion.

Take a moment today to remind yourself that you're both lovable and wonderful. You are a gift to yourself. So stop what you're doing and be kind to you. Whatever stress you're experiencing won't last forever, and maybe just for this moment, breathe and say thank you to your soul for always having your back. Tomorrow will come and you will be fine.

When I first started 'officially channeling' I could not believe that I was able to connect to energies that were really alive, and not on our planet. The experience was incredible and also nerve wracking. It took me a month or so to be able to assimilate to their higher frequency.

The first group that came through called themselves Alaster and they are 10,000 lights (like a starry nebula). They travel together to other civilizations helping them transition through change.

I spent almost 9 months channeling them exclusively over 2018 and 2019. I even held public events where I channeled for an audience, answering individual and group questions. The recordings of those events are on Mixcloud.com on my account for bosieinternational.

Alaster are very animated and love to talk. Kind of like me ... hahaha. I guess that's why they were the first group to come through.

To date I have channeled dozens of different energies and groups. All their messages are detailed in my blog, and on Youtube.

I've also done many private sessions with individual clients' higher guidance councils who advise and steer them in what they, and their soul want, in this life.

I have also discovered that I can also channel light energy that shifts the frequency of land, and healing coding and song energy that reduces anxiety. It's amazing work and very rewarding.

Every day is a miracle for me. I'm excited to see what is next to be revealed in my world, and to share it with you.

Are you having a spiritual awakening? We are living in unprecedented times right now and everything is shifting. It's often hard not to feel like you're the only one experiencing these weird energies and crazy times. Hang on ... the ride isn't over yet.

Your Soul knows exactly the journey you wanted to have here on Earth. Often when we realize we are having a spiritual awakening it's very hard to not know what's coming for us and we don't put faith in the process.

Trust is imperative. Even when we don't see the future, we are being guided and looked after. Your Soul speaks to you through your intuition. Notice the synchronicities and pay attention to your gut instinct. It won't steer you wrong.

When you are suffering from burnout it's almost impossible to hear the voice of your Soul talking to you. All the busyness and distraction makes it hard to discern soul's guidance from the ego.

Take a moment each day just to stop. Breathe for 3-4 breaths, in and out, noticing your belly moving and feeling the air coming through you.

In those moments ask, Soul are you there? What do you want me to know?

Take another 2-3 breaths and listen.
Don't worry if you don't hear anything. Sometimes the message comes later when you least expect it.

When I first started to practice I had no idea what it meant to set priorities, establish boundaries or even make strategic choices. I also was clueless about how other people's energy was affecting me.

Over the years I've learned that knowing myself was the key to finding my own inner happiness and joy, and when I'm happy I can truly relax.
