I know you feel left behind, the world is moving, people are “doing things”, and you feel you’re stuck.

One thing I will always advise is to do something while it seems you’re doing nothing.

Now, let me explain what I mean. For example, you are a mom and your time is constantly choked, I know it can be so difficult to do other things especially the ones that drives to productivity, while it looks like you’re choked up in the whole motherhood thing, as little as listening to a self development podcast, as little as reading a book chapter or anything at all that adds value, as long as it works for you, no matters how small it might be,trust me it goes a long way.

It might seem so little, but I tell you, it surely adds up.

Take one day at a time and grow at your pace.
