Have you ever felt so angry and sad for someone you’ve never even met?

It’s strange how deeply we can be moved by another person’s story, a face on a screen, a headline, or a moment shared online. Sometimes it hits us harder than we expect. We feel their pain, their struggle, their injustice, as if it were our own.

That’s the power of empathy. It connects us beyond distance, beyond familiarity, beyond even knowing someone personally. It reminds us that our humanity is tied together, that another person’s suffering can stir something in us we can’t ignore.

But with that connection comes a weight. Anger at the unfairness. Sadness at the loss or hurt. And yet, maybe that’s where the hope lies too: in the fact that we do feel it. Because feeling means caring, and caring can lead to change, even if it’s just in the way we show up for others, or the way we choose to act in our own corner of the world.

Sometimes, the strongest bonds are the ones we never expected to feel.

This is also called being human. Stay human my friends. ❤️

Hello my dear friends,

I wanted to take a moment to share a quick update. I know I’ve been quiet over the past few months, and this has unfortunately put my schedule on hold. During this time, I’ve been focused on supporting a few family members with ongoing health challenges, and things have not yet slowed down.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. Life sometimes takes us in unexpected directions, and I’m grateful for your continued support.

Thank you all for being so kind and understanding.

With gratitude,
Sherry xo

“A thousand words couldn’t bring you back… I know this because I tried, neither could a thousand tears… I know this because I cried, you left behind a broken heart and happy memories too… but I never wanted memories… I only wanted you.”

Trusting those gut feelings is like embracing the wisdom of our guardian angels. In a world filled with noise and distractions, our intuition serves as a compass, guiding us through the labyrinth of life. It is that subtle inner voice that nudges us in the right direction, urging us to make choices that align with our deepest desires and values.

Sometimes, we may find ourselves at a crossroads, torn between logic and intuition. In those moments, it is crucial to remember that our gut feelings are not mere whims or irrational impulses. Rather, they are the result of a subconscious processing of information, experiences, and emotions that our conscious mind may not yet fully comprehend.

Trusting our gut feelings requires a leap of faith, a surrender to the unknown. It means acknowledging that our intuition often holds the answers we seek, even if they defy conventional wisdom or logic. It is about recognizing that our guardian angels are whispering insights and guidance, seeking to protect and guide us towards our highest good.

When we trust those gut feelings, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities. We tap into an innate wisdom that surpasses our limited understanding. We become more attuned to the subtle signals, signs, and synchronicities that surround us, offering guidance and affirmation.

Trusting our gut feelings also means learning to distinguish between genuine intuition and fear-based thoughts. It requires cultivating self-awareness and discernment, understanding the difference between our ego-driven desires and the authentic whispers of our guardian angels.

In a world that often encourages us to prioritize external validation and rationality, trusting our gut feelings can be a revolutionary act. It is an act of reclaiming our inner power and wisdom, of honoring our intuition as a valuable compass in navigating the complexities of life.

So, let us embrace those gut feelings as our guardian angels, for they are the messengers of our deepest truths and aspirations. Let us have the courage to trust them, to follow their guidance, and to embark on the extraordinary journey they have laid out for us. In doing so, we may discover a life filled with purpose, authenticity, and profound fulfillment.
