I started my business and failed, restarted and failed again, repeat 10 times and Hello! I’m doing it yet again ….and if I fail in my attempt the 11th time, there is a 12th time!! See: thankfully, numbers are infinite, so why count? 🥰 My brand ‘Antiquity Soul Pendants’ was literally born out of second chances- and those second chances are looped infinite times over!!!

There is a saying in one of the Indian languages - “Jaan hai to jahaan hai” meaning “As long as there’s life in you, you have all the opportunities in the world”!! In ancient Slavic, “živjela!!” means: “Despite the struggles of yesterday, we choose to celebrate the beauty of being alive right now!!” In Advaita Vedanta, ”Aham Brahmasmi” is “My true Self that is identical to the universal divine essence”!! So where is the room for fear?

In the history of every language, culture, religion, tradition, humans have long celebrated the state of ‘Being’!!

So “Be” !! Just be!!! And if you feel there isn’t another way out….If you feel like you’re failing….just pause and look within!!! Stop everything and just close your eyes……And Remember Who You Are!!

Live!! živjela!! Be Bold!! Be Beautiful!!

When I first interviewed Chhanda Gayen back in 2014, I didn’t realize I was documenting a story that would stay with me for life.

She wasn’t just a mountaineer. She was a daughter whose mother sold her jewelry so she could chase a dream most would never dare to attempt.

From Kolkata to the highest peaks in the world, Chhanda carried not just ambition—but sacrifice, resilience, and belief. She made India proud. But more importantly, she made others believe they could rise too.
