Sweet & Savory Chicken Pineapple (Using Chicken Thighs & Wings) Easy Creamy Home Recipe.
Cooking Instructions
1. In a pot, add chicken thighs and wings with bay leaves, onion, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Boil on medium heat for about 30 minutes until soft and flavorful.
3. Once cooked and tender, transfer chicken to a dish and set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
5. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.
6. Add sliced ginger and onions, stir well.
7. Add bell peppers, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
8. Add the chicken pieces, then pour in pineapple juice and your prepared sauce.
9. Add pineapple chunks and stir everything well together.
10. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce for a creamy finish.
