This trip was one for the books. A Mediterranean cruise with my family, made even sweeter knowing it all came together through 🚢✈️🌞

I was so honoured to cover El Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) with the 👻🇲🇽🪦

Día de los Mu***os, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican tradition that celebrates the lives of those who have passed. Families build ofrendas (altars) with photos, candles, and the favorite foods of their loved ones to welcome their spirits home. It is a time filled with color, reflection, and joy rather than sadness.

I had the chance to experience this tradition while in Mexico, and it left a lasting impression on me. It reminded me how beautiful it can be to honor life and memory through community and celebration.
