Homemade Pani Puri/Fuchka and Dahi Puri 🤤🫶🏼
Filling:
3 Cubed and Boiled Potatoes
1 can of Drained Chickpeas
1 cup of Boiled Mung Beans
1 chopped Red Onion
Handful of chopped corriander leaves
1 heaping tablespoon Pani Puri Masala
Sauces:
1. Pani Puri masala mixed in water
2. Tamarind and Date chutney
3. Plain Yoghurt mixed with a Teaspoon of Granulated Sugar
For Pani Puri/Fuchka crack the top of individual Semolina puffs, put in a teaspoon of filling, and top up with pani puri liquid and tamarind chutney. Enjoy in one whole bite.
For dahi puri, follow the same steps but finish off the filled shells with a generous tablespoon or more of sweetened yoghurt.
Optionally Garnish with sev, corriander and pomegranate seeds.
