Allie Theiss, MSc CSC ABS, is a Menopause Care Provider, integrative functional nutritionist, and integrative wellness coach, dedicated to helping menopausal women reconnect with themselves and their partners. Currently working toward her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, she also earned two certifications; Integrative Wellness Coach and Integrative and Functional Nutritionist. Back when she was a single mom of a young child, Allie also received a Master’s in Psychology (MSc) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Akron. She is a Certified S*x Coach (CSC) and Board-Certified S*xologist (ABS). Through her signature, Thrive™ framework integrative wellness framework, Allie empowers women to not only survive but thrive during menopause. Her personalized six-month program utilizes holistic methods to guide women on a transformative journey, revitalizing their lives and embracing the beauty of their third act. She discovered her career passion early on while working for a computer development company, planning their training courses. Additionally, Tonia loves giving back and impacting lives. She’s been part of granting 300 wishes as a Make a Wish volunteer, serves on the Board of Directors of Runway to the Cure and is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the GMU Women in Business Initiative. CREATIVE FLOW!

The past couple of days I have been on creativity kick, I have felt my creative juices begin to bubble up and flow within me and I must say it feels amazing.

It has been awhile since I have had this strong of a feeling around being creative and so all these ideas have been rushing into my mind of things I want to do and ways I want to get back to my creative roots. I miss my creativity zone and I know creativity looks so very different for everyone and there are so many ways to nurture and express our creativity.

This is not to say that I haven't been CREATING because I most certainly have, I am always creating, whether that be in the kitchen (as you may have seen over the past couple of days here in the lounge) or different products I have been working on behind the scenes like my Empowered Journal or my 6-Word Story I wrote yesterday and posted here, it's all an act of creating.

This creativity calling, flow whatever you want to call it that I have been feeling over the past few days is very different, it's been a calling back to my roots, back to my artistic photography roots and I have had those moments in flashes quite a bit lately but it has gotten quite strong over the past few days and so I decided to do a bit of playing and creating, I answered the call a wee bit yesterday and today and just let whatever creativity wants to come out and play and show up, just be.

I am going to be vulnerable here and share my creations I have been working on and playing with here with you all. This is a technique called Twirl Images. I discovered this technique years ago and played around with it a bit back then and just yesterday that calling to go back and play with that technique called to me again so I thought I would give it a try and see what I could create.

Introducing The Amplification Effect – An Extension of the Empowerography Platform

If I’m being honest with you…

Talking about my own offers has never come easy to me.

Yeah, I know — that might surprise some of you.

But truth is, I’ve always been the one behind the scenes.

The quiet supporter.

The amplifier of others’ voices, stories, and platforms.

Not my own.

I was a painfully shy kid growing up — and even today, I still lean more toward introverted.

But when it comes to putting myself out there, especially talking about what I do and how I serve?

Let’s just say… it’s been a journey.

Back in April, I was at the EmpowHERme Retreat in Costa Rica, leading a workshop on the power of podcast guesting. Just as I began, my dear friend Melisa Keenan graciously interrupted me to share something that, in all honesty, I hadn’t had the courage to say myself.

She said:

“Brad does SO much for everyone else. He promotes others relentlessly and cheerleads from the heart. But he never talks about the amazing things he does — like the fact that he runs a podcast guesting service and is actively working with my clients to help them get booked on aligned shows. So, before he teaches you about it… you should know this is something he actually offers.”
That moment hit me hard.

Not because I was embarrassed.
