Kia has an official guide for when these freeze shut. That tells you something. ❄️

Flush door handles on the 2027 Kia Seltos X-Line, filmed here in Brampton. They look incredible. But it’s August β€” and I’m already thinking about February.

Kia’s own instructions if they ice over: tap around the handle in a circle with the bottom of your fist, harder if needed, then open and close the door a few times to clear it out. No sharp objects, you’ll wreck the paint.

Worth knowing: the lower trims keep normal handles. This is an X-Line thing.

So β€” GENIUS or GIMMICK for a Canadian winter? πŸ‘‡ One word.

Reclining back seats. In a Seltos. 🀯

Behind the scenes from my full 2027 Kia Seltos shoot in Brampton β€” this is the bit that didn’t make the main video.

The rear bench actually reclines now. Plus 25 mm more legroom, more headroom, rear air vents, and the wheelbase stretched 60 mm. For a subcompact, that’s a lot.

I’m 5’10” and sitting behind my own driving position β€” watch the knee room at 0:08.

ROOMY or STILL TIGHT? πŸ‘‡ Comment one.

The all-new 2027 Kia Seltos in 20 seconds. No talking, just the car. πŸ‘€

Front, side, rear β€” full walkaround here in Brampton.

Boxy new stance, flush door handles, and it’s grown in every direction: 45 mm longer, 30 mm wider, 60 mm more wheelbase. Kia basically built a small Sportage and kept the Seltos badge.

X-Line gets the 19s and the 190 hp turbo.

Be honest β€” does this look like a $40,000 vehicle? πŸ‘‡

BETTER or WORSE than the old one? Comment one word.

786 litres. Is that enough for a Canadian winter? πŸ“¦

Boot space test on the all-new 2027 Kia Seltos. 786 L behind the rear seats, 1,817 L with them folded β€” and the floor drops down for extra depth or lifts up to hide things underneath.

For context: this thing is barely smaller than the old Sportage.

Real Canadian test β€” one hockey bag, a stroller, a Costco run, and a set of winter tires. Watch where it starts to struggle.

ENOUGH or NOT ENOUGH? πŸ‘‡ Two words, that’s it.

Windows up vs windows down β€” the 2027 Kia Seltos horn test. πŸ”Š

Sound ON for this one. First honk is from inside with everything sealed. Second is with the window down and your ear right beside it. Two very different vehicles, apparently.

Fully redesigned Seltos, 190 hp turbo, from $31,531 all-in β€” but let’s be honest, nobody talks about the horn until they need it on the 401.

LOUD or WEAK? πŸ‘‡ One word in the comments.

Kia just made the Seltos look expensive. πŸ‘€

First look at the all-new 2027 Kia Seltos, right here in the GTA β€” full redesign, and the price moved with it.

β€’ 2.0L β€” 147 hp / 132 lb-ft (IVT)
β€’ 1.6L Turbo β€” 190 hp / 195 lb-ft (8-spd auto)
β€’ AWD available on X-Line β€” +$2,000
β€’ Snow, Mud + Sand terrain modes πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
β€’ Twin 12.3” screens + separate 5” climate display
β€’ Harman Kardon + Kia AI Assistant
β€’ From $31,531 all-in β€” that’s $2,400 over the 2026

Hybrid AWD arrives later this year.

So β€” BUY NOW or WAIT for the hybrid? πŸ‘‡ Comment BUY or WAIT.

1,883 litres. That’s the 2026 Mazda CX-5 with the rear seats folded β€” 200L more than the old one πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Everyone talks about the new screen. Nobody talks about the part that actually matters when you’re loading a Costco run at 6pm.

The numbers πŸ‘‡
β†’ Rear seats UP: 954 L (33.7 cu ft)
β†’ Rear seats DOWN: 1,883 L (66.5 cu ft)
β†’ Old CX-5 maxed out at 1,680 L β€” that’s a 203 L jump
β†’ 40/20/40 split fold with a centre pass-through
β†’ Cargo floor is 2” longer, 1” deeper, and the liftover height is lower

That 40/20/40 is the underrated one. Fold just the middle section and two adults still keep their seats while skis, hockey sticks or lumber go down the centre.

Real question β€” is 1,883 L enough for a family SUV, or would you still take the CR-V? Comment YES or NO πŸ‘‡

πŸ”Š SOUND ON β€” 2026 Mazda CX-5 horn test, windows up vs windows down

Everyone tests the screen and the seats. Nobody tests the horn. So I did.

Windows down it’s sharper than I expected. Windows up in the Soul Red Crystal CX-5 you barely hear it β€” that’s how much sound deadening Mazda put into this new generation.

Quick context πŸ‘‡
β†’ All-new third-gen 2026 CX-5
β†’ Soul Red Crystal Metallic
β†’ Starts at $36,300 (before freight & PDI)
β†’ i-Activ AWD standard on every trim

Honest opinion: is this horn STRONG or WEAK? Comment below πŸ‘‡
