Their tiramisu is an absolute must-try โ honestly one of the most delicious tiramisus Iโve ever had ๐ค
I absolutely love their open kitchen concept and the focus on fresh ingredients, which you can truly taste in every bite. I learned that their fettuccine pasta is packed with 20g of protein, and all of their pasta and sauces are made fresh in-house.
One of the most unique parts of the experience is their authentic premium Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel imported from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, aged 24+ months. Since I love learning about food, I asked them about it and found out they use the real Parmigiano Reggiano โ not the lower-cost, less nutty and less flavorful Grana Padano often passed off as Parmesan in many restaurants.
They also make their pesto from fresh basil, some of which they grow themselves using hydroponics โ and you can actually see it growing inside the restaurant ๐ฟ
