AND WITH THAT the 25/26 Skiseason comes to an end ⛷️ 💦 💋 🫠

Six months of winter in ‘Bertahh ain’t so bad when you have a
season pass, and Slush Cup was the perfect grand finale to a season of silliness!

It’s hard to pick one highlight, so here’s five:

•Gondola rave-arounds & besties made from journeys up into the sky.
• Getting a little better, more confident, and sassier on the slopes (four years after a pretty abominable injury).
• Baby gurrrl finally getting the purple jacket of her dreams
• Yelling “KISS, KISS, KISS” at friends talking to cowboys, and it working every time 🤠 ☺️
• Keeping all kneecaps fully intact for a third season in a row, hellllsss yeah!

Life is sweet, but it’s even better with a little Sunshine! ☀️

Canada’s 100 Best List Reveal Party, Toronto, Ontario 📍

What a pleasure and delight to be so immersed in Canada’s incredible culinary + bar scene, and what a continued honour to be a contributor to the country’s leading gastronomic publication.

Toronto will always be a half-home to me, so it was nice to be back in the room where it happens, and to stand alongside some of Alberta’s big hitters ! Yey!

Sticking around for a week to eat and drink as much as possible was very important journalistic research 🌝🍸

What’s On The Menu At : 👀

Opened by Top Chef & Food Network’s Connie DeSousa, and John Jackson, Charcut is well known for its delicious cuts of premium Alberta Beef, plus a wider menu inspired by Italian and Portuguese traditions.

While filming my doc, it was important to me to fuel my team to the best of my ability, and Sunday night steak & prime rib at Charcut was our kick-off meal to a week of filming. It was perfect!

What are the tens? Prime rib with mashing of horseradish, the blistered tomatoes, and this here fiery adventure sausage!

See you again, Charcut, you slapped !

OH CANADA 🇨🇦 🍸

Canada’s presence in the rankings is UP from last year, now with 27 bars making the top 100 and 8 making the top 50!

Our population is small, but our presence is huge. I couldn’t be prouder, or more in love with absolutely everybody who has ever poured me a drink in this country. Thank you for making life more dazzling, and way more delicious. Long may you reign!
