Some of the most interesting #𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 don’t start with a big title.
They start with timing.
We recently started working with a founder in the food / CPG space who built traction through relationships, hustle, and doing a lot himself.
Now the business is entering a different phase.
The question is no longer:
“How do we sell?”
It’s:
“How do we build something that scales?”
We’re looking for a 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, but if we're honest, the title doesn’t tell the full story.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀.
They’ll help:
→ build commercial structure
→ grow revenue
→ shape process
→ influence future hiring
→ potentially grow into future leadership as the business expands
Base salary + commission
There’s already business in place.
The opportunity is helping create what comes next.
Ideal background:
• Packaged food / CPG
• Retail / wholesale relationships
• Builder mentality
• Comfortable with growth and ambiguity
