Ingredients:
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cucumber (chopped)

Ingredients:
• 3–4 lb beef brisket
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup beef broth
• ½ cup BBQ sauce

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Season brisket with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Place onions & garlic in slow cooker, then add brisket on top.
3️⃣ Mix broth, BBQ sauce, brown sugar & Worcestershire sauce. Pour over brisket.
4️⃣ Cook on LOW for 8–10 hours (or HIGH for 5–6 hours) until fork-tender.

¾–1 cup cold water (or club soda)

Method:
Whisk all dry ingredients together.
Slowly add cold water until the batter is smooth and slightly runny.
Dip fish or shrimp, then fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) until golden and crispy.

🧾 Ingredients:
For the Biscuits
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
¾ cup cold milk or buttermilk
For the Sausage Gravy
1 lb breakfast sausage
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2½ cups whole milk
Salt, to taste

Ingredients (5 only):
🥘 1½ lbs beef
🥘 1 box stuffing mix (any flavor)
🥘 1 cup milk
🥘 2 eggs
🥘 ½–¾ cup ketchup (divided)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Mix ground beef, stuffing mix, milk, eggs, and ½ cup ketchup in a large bowl until just combined (don’t overmix).
Shape the mixture into a loaf directly on the sheet pan.
Spread the remaining ketchup evenly over the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
