Madiing Aweil should be appreciating and thanking the President H.E. Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit on putting Aweilian sons and daughts first in the government with rare powers for years as a sign of rewarding Aweilians for protecting his Presidency and the regime from coup attempts.
Gen. Pual Malong would've been a President in 2016 and Dr. Benjamin Bol would've been a President in 2025 through given rare powers by the President, and that show President wanted Presidency to Aweil but our people are used to decree which they were expecting President Kiir Mayardit to decree himself out and them in as President which is unbecoming.
Vice Presidency is now for Aweil three times consecutively, General Chief of staff five times, Council of states' Speaker twice, Presidential Minister, Executive Director and Press Secretary twice in President's office, many nationals Ministers and Deputy Ministers plus other importance assignments in difference institutions.
President Kiir Mayardit has given Aweil the Presidency since but our people are addicted to discipleship which is now against us. It's in football, if you miss your chances, those chances comes against yours
