Prayer for Health, Protection & Blessings
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank You, Lord,
for the precious gift of another day
and for the blessing of life
that You have graciously given us.
Thank You for allowing us
to wake up this morning,
to breathe, to live, to love,
and to begin another day
under Your loving care.
Father, we are deeply grateful
for the health and strength You have given us.
May Your blessings of wellness,
peace, strength, and protection
continue to abound
in our lives and in the lives
of our families and friends.
Please watch over everyone we love.
Keep our families safe, healthy,
and united in Your love.
Strengthen those who are weak,
comfort those who are suffering,
heal those who are sick,
and bring hope to those
who are carrying heavy burdens.
Lord, as we go about our daily activities,
guide every step we take.
Protect us from accidents, danger,
harm, illness, evil, and adversity.
Guard our homes, our workplaces,
our journeys, and everywhere we go.
Give us wisdom in our decisions,
patience in difficult moments,
strength when we become weary,
and faith when we face uncertainty.
May Your loving hand be upon us today.
May Your grace go before us,
Your mercy surround us,
and Your peace remain within our hearts.
Lord Jesus,
we place this day completely into Your hands.
Bless our families and friends,
provide for our needs,
protect our loved ones,
and keep us close to Your Sacred Heart.
Help us never to take
the blessings of life for granted.
Teach us to be grateful
for every new morning,
every breath, every moment,
and every blessing—great or small.
May Your Precious Blood protect us,
Your Holy Spirit guide us,
and Your Divine Mercy remain with us
today and always.
We humbly ask all these blessings

sometimes when we have trials many think its ok to drink too much alcool its not ok and its mortal sin And after it will make you feel not ok having hangover and feel bad . Never drink too much its never good God see us.

Offer all your daily pain trials and prayers and good deeds and all masses from past to now that were offered all around the world from past to now offer it for your sin in penitence and for help souls of purgatory by hands of most Holy Virgin Mary ask her to offer it for you to God to help them and for your past sins

. This will help them in purgatory and will help you and give you many blessings.

St. Anna is the grandmother of Our Lord and the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is very holy

She and her husband, St. Joachim, had spent their lives in worshipping God and doing good, but they had one great sorrow: God had not sent them any children. For years and years, Anne begged the Lord to give her a child, and she promised to consecrate it to Him if He would. When she was already old, God answered her prayer in a far better way than she could ever have dreamed.
For the child born to St. Anne was the Immaculate Virgin Mary, the holiest of all women, the one who was to become the Mother of God. Anne took tender care of little Mary for a few years and then gave her to the service of God, as she had promised she would do.

After Mary had gone to live in the holy Temple at Jerusalem, St. Anne continued her life of prayer until God called her to Heaven. Knowing what a great Saint she is, Christians have always been devoted to St. Anne, and have built beautiful churches in her honor.

Pray her when you need help and ask her to help souls of purgatory
