Monk Cowboy - Belgian IPA 6%abv 59IBU

Monk cowboy rides the line between Belgian ale and a West Coast IPA brewed with Amarillo and El Dorado hops for bright citrus and stone fruit layered over a dry spicy Belgian yeast profile. Notes of orange peel ripe apricot and a touch of pepper finishing, clean and crisp.
