Like all photographers, we are suckers for a good golden hour. The way the light was hitting this corn field behind our beautiful couple and making everything glow was absolutely stunning!

Right after dinner, G & W snuck away for a sunset walk to the field — just them (and us, keeping it chill behind the lens).

Video Editor Extraordinaire - Father to Tilly

Interests:
Cats & dogs, videos of people falling over, hockey, history, nature, sushi, and salty food.

About Blair:
Blair is basically just a nerd who likes to needlessly fill his brain with historical facts (usually of a morbid variety) and statistical data, mostly on geography and demographics. He does, however, have a peculiarly artistic attention to detail, which formerly presented itself in the form of elegantly flowing essays beautifully arguing this or that historical point. But now, as Blair takes a renewed dive into the world of videography, he is hoping to turn his competencies towards producing pristinely flowing motion pictures that seamlessly capture the energies in life that make it worth living. Or dog videos – that would be good too.

Marketing - Operations - Mother to Tilly

Interests:
You could say I’m a little obsessed with animals, coastlines, and all things cozy. After growing up in Ottawa, I traded snowbanks for salt air and spent almost a decade on Vancouver Island embracing the West Coast vibe. Now I’m back in Ottawa, soaking up family time with my brand-new nieces and nephews, and trying to blend a touch of laid-back island spirit with my city roots. Whether I’m sipping coffee or tea, cuddled up with my creature, or indulging in my love for English chocolate, I’m all about finding the joy in life’s little moments - they're just as important as the big ones!

About Lydii:
You might not catch Lydii behind the big cameras (yet), but she’s the one making sure everything at Hollydays runs smoothly—from social media to the website to keeping track of all the little details. With years of experience in the event industry, she’s passionate about helping you craft, and preserve, your memories. You might see her around at shows or on a shoot chasing behind the shooters for some "BTS", so be sure to stop and say hi! (Bonus points if you bring chocolate or pictures of cute animals)

Interests:
Running, biking, and type 2 fun. I love animals, plants, and building things, and I like to spend my down time playing video games with my friends.

About Nick:
Nick has been taking photos since his mid-teens, and started doing professional photography and videography a year ago (~2023). He likes to challenge himself mentally and physically through sport, and hopes to someday run the UTMB. His favourite place in the world is his family cottage, and he spends as much time as possible at the lake with friends and family. He loves to capture beauty in the little things and discover new perspectives on the everyday.
