Last week, I recorded an amazing episode of The Career Currency podcast with LinkedIn trainer and content strategist, .

Ilia’s journey from industrial engineer to branding expert was both inspiring and incredibly relatable.

We explored why so many people fear showing up online and unpacked the psychology behind feeling “cringe.”

Ilia shared what her first LinkedIn post felt like and how she pushed past overthinking and imposter syndrome.

Her advice on writing your first five posts with confidence is something I wish I had years ago.

We talked about authenticity, how to be real without oversharing, and the power of showing up consistently.

One of my favourite takeaways was Ilia’s belief that “cringe” can actually be a signal for growth.

She brought so much warmth and honesty to the conversation, and I know it’s going to resonate.

What a fantastic way to kick off the week—surrounded by some of the brightest marketing practitioners and thought leaders!
