The French football club Lyon has had their bus attacked by Marseille fans: The manager Fabio Grosso has been seriously injured.

The Lyon team bus was pelted with stones before Sunday's match against Marseille as the side made their way to the Stade Velodrome, with the match between the two Ligue 1 rivals later being postponed.

Lyon coach Fabio Grosso needed medical treatment after being injured by falling shards of glass.

Bayern are considering removing Noussair Mazraoui from the squad following his social media post in support of Palestine 🇵🇸

On Sunday, Mazraoui shared a post on his Instagram page featuring an audio message saying: “O Allah, help our oppressed brothers in Palestine to attain victory. May Allah have mercy on the deceased and heal the wounded.”

According to a statement from Bayern Munich, reported by the German Press Agency, the club immediately contacted Mazraoui following his Instagram posts on Sunday.

A meeting was set up with club boss Jan-Christian Dreesen and sports director Christoph Freund Wednesday morning immediately after his arrival from international duty. The details of the meeting are still unknown. (Source: BILD)

Neymar ‘demands’ Al-Hilal sacking after coming close to ‘physical altercation’ with manager

Sport Italia reported that Neymar felt unhappy in Saudi Arabia and had a major clash with his manager Jorge Jesus after the Asian Champions League match against Navbahor.

The Portuguese coach apparently criticised the 31-year-old for his bad attitude, which the player took exception to, asking the Al-Hilal bosses to sack Jesus.
