I’m so done with movies that offer nothing but visuals. Avatar: Fire and Ash is gorgeous, sure — but beauty without substance is hollow. If a film can’t give me characters to care about, stakes that matter, or a story that actually moves, then all the CGI in the world won’t save it.

I don’t need another screensaver. I need a narrative.

It’s unsettling how quickly some people bare their fangs online. The hate comes raw, instinctive, almost primal—like they’re ruled by whatever darkness they haven’t faced in themselves. But their shadows don’t define your path. Let them snarl in the dark while you move forward in the light.

IMHO the latest footage of Marathon from Bungie shows that they listened to criticism. From proximity chat to environments, they have implemented a number of improvements in an astonishingly short amount of time.

At $40 price point & from a developer with history of best in industry gun play, movement and audio design this is IMHO well worth trying. I will be playing day 1 & streaming it live at https://www.youtube.com/
