DV Transit Media

Hello Everybody, long time no post. Unfortunately, this will be the last post I make as "DV Transit Media".

Starting next week this page will be known as the "Kodachrome Transit Museum" and be strictly slides or other artifacts from my transit collection shared every week. I hope to move on to a website soon as well.

Just like how "DV Transit" was inspired by the "Mini DV" tape format, the new name was inspired by the former "Kodachrome" film format which was produced from 1935-2009 which is what most of the slides in my collection were shot on.

I will no longer make content under the "DV Transit Media" brand, all video/photo content will be moved over to "Transit Toronto".

I thank you all for the support for the last few years. It's been great, but I hope to do better with my new project.

Jokes Aside: This is the newest addition to the DV Transit collection. A ticket from the defunct Jetsgo airlines which operated from 2002-2005.

Swissair Asia was a subsidiary set up by Swissair so they can still serve Taiwan while also keeping destinations in Mainland China, similar to KLM Asia.

Hello again, after a long hiatus I'm back posting slides.

Here is a former Oshawa Transit GM New Look "Fishbowl" bus in a St. Catherines scrap yard.

Oshawa Transit ran until 2006 when it was merged with the transit agencies of Whitby, Ajax/Pickering, and Clarington into Durham Region Transit.
