"Was already a TCC customer for AMP security and Internet. Upgraded current iPhone 12 which was giving me major issues to 15 at Seaforth office. Existing account was at another provider in Huron but in different community. One of the BEST customer service experiences I have had anywhere in a long time. Yes, I did take my phone home and shared files via Wifi from old phone to new but I had done that before and it all worked very smoothly. LOVE to shop as locally as possible and now I've consolidated a lot of "communications" to one service provider -- TCC had a site visit recently to our farm/house since the north end of Seaforth doesn't have fibre yet but will be coming in the next year. ALL of these things are important to me, our home and farm business. THANK YOU, TCC!"

Back in 1922, after a severe sleet storm wreaked havoc on overhead telephone lines, Tuckersmith Municipal Telephone made a groundbreaking decision to become the first municipal phone service in the region to bury wire underground. ❄️⚡
This shift to underground infrastructure greatly improved service reliability, reducing outages caused by weather and setting a new standard for rural telecommunications. 🙌🏻
That innovative thinking laid the groundwork for the modern fibre network we continue to expand today as Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative (TCC) — now connecting nearly 7,000 homes and businesses [and counting! ✔️] to our Fibre Network across our communities with fast, dependable service.
