We are working on a short community survey about youth sports and athlete development in the York Region area, and I'd really appreciate your help.

If you're:

• A parent of an athlete,

• An athlete

• Fitness trainer

• A coach,

Would you mind taking 2 minutes to complete it?

We're trying to understand what families actually look for in athlete training, what prevents people from booking extra training, and what would make a local performance facility more valuable.

It's completely anonymous and takes less than 2 minutes.

Survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf_Ws3JAbx9VkZRDeEzyqatxdCpHc00vlp5hdzxpdGGOhtspg/viewform

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the support from this community!

We're gathering anonymous feedback from athletes, parents and coaches about performance training in York Region.
