Plumtree — The Complete Recordings

For the better part of the 1990s, Plumtree were one of the best-kept secrets in Canadian indie rock. Formed in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the four-piece built a devoted following through relentless touring and a run of records that captured something genuinely rare — the feeling of being young, restless, and completely sure of what you loved, even when nothing else made sense.
Now, for the first time, all three of their full-length albums are collected in a single edition. Mass Teen Fainting, Plumtree Predicts the Future, and This Day Won't Last at All arrive together in a special magnetic-enclosed box, presented exactly as they were meant to be heard — in sequence, in full, on vinyl.
Each record holds up on its own terms. The fuzzed-out urgency of the debut. The melodic confidence of Predicts the Future. The bittersweet clarity of This Day Won't Last at All, a record that knew, somehow, it might be their last. Together they tell the story of a band that never chased the moment — they just made it.
Plumtree are perhaps best known outside Canada for inspiring Bryan Lee O'Malley's Scott Pilgrim series, a legacy that introduced them to a whole new generation. But the records have always spoken for themselves, and this collection gives them the presentation they deserve.
The complete Plumtree boxset is strictly limited. Three records. One box. No filler.
