Yesterday’s tragedy at the Lapu-Lapu Day celebration in Vancouver has left us shattered. What was meant to be a day of pride, culture, and community ended in heartbreak.

Our hearts go out to the families and friends of those who lost their lives and to everyone impacted by this unimaginable event. We stand with the Filipino community and with the city we call home.

At Awsm Studios, we believe stories have the power to heal, unite, and uplift. Today, we honor the lives lost by committing ourselves even more to building a community rooted in empathy, respect, and resilience.

To everyone grieving right now — please know you are not alone. We are holding you in our hearts and standing with you in this difficult time.
