Thank you for the birthday wishes, I had a great day. I'm 49 today, 50 hopefully in 365.25 days. :D I'm grateful to all of you who have supported and helped my family and I on our journey around our Star-Ship orbiting our galaxy's black hole.

It's been 73 days that I've been sober. My addiction counselor has been very helpful, she's also helping me to quit smoking. In the quit smoking material I'm filling out, it says to name 3 people I will notify about me quiting smoking. So I put Arla, Sarah and Facebook...all of you, my friends and . :D

I set my quit date to be September 26th, on my birthday. I've tried quiting many times, I'm going to use to stop this nasty habit. Quiting would be the best gift in my life, or 2nd or 3rd best gift, after having wonderful family and friends and marrying Arla.
