It's a nod to the unreserved west with this entry into the Designer Series! When I saw this graphic it immediately made me think of a smoke dancer on the pow wow circuit.

North American Indigenous people gather for fellowship and traditional singing, drumming, and different dances where non-Indigenous people are invited to watch. With our Calgary Stampede happening now, and with the Teepee Village on the grounds, we thought it was good timing!!!!

The family has been here since before the Europeans and via the American slave trade. The American half was freed two years before confederation (But not really "freed" until 1866.) and our progenitor was the only Black officer in Canada's No.2 Construction Battalion during WW1.

A woodland faerie is a species often found in the forests, especially older woods. In the modern age, it's difficult to come by woodland faeries as they prefer to hide from humans - however, they do have an affinity for childhood innocence, which is most likely why children can be amused by their playfulness while adults are no longer are able to see them.
