I love this time of year. We are especially blessed to have such a warm fall here in Kelowna. I am walking every day taking in the sun, the air and our beautiful city and lake. Thanksgiving is just the icing on the cake this past weekend. Getting together with family and expressing our gratitude to each other, reminds us all to "Stop and smell the roses". Having a serious diagnosis of cancer brings this all into proper perspective. My first blog post was titled about the very thing of slowing down and taking in life in each moment. I am now practicing this and finding that there always rainbows after the storm and we can wonder at their magnificence, knowing that miracles are present if we but look up and embrace the many infinite possibilities presented to us. I feel truly blessed.🌺♥🌺 Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
