I started cooking at a very young age, 9 to be more precise. I watched food network every single morning, I started building meal plans, little cookbooks, and I was journaling about dreaming of becoming a chef one day. It’s been here my whole life.. Along with passion, I have always had a lingering passion for food and nutrition. From when I first moved out at 19, following Jamie Oliver recipe boo

ks and taking photos of them. Going to culinary school when I was 21, working in kitchens, absolutely knowing it wasnt the right fit for me. I then started a food instagram at the age of 23, posting my creations and loving the photography aspect of it. Fast forward, I went to nutrition school when I was 27, and now here we are at 29, I have a website I am in love with, beautiful clients who trust me and who I am able to help gain confidence in food and every aspect of their health. And here you are going on the journey with me. Thank you for being here. My goal is to help you turn food into something that isn’t thought of as a negative or restrictive, and help you find that sustainable way of eating. A big focus will be on finding quick, nutritious meals YOU enjoy to cook and eat, always having a large focus on protein.

You can see the physical progress here, along with the wins I have written but the things you don’t see are even more next level.

The confidence in their abilities.
The feeling they have when they look in the mirror.
The strength they have built in the gym.
The way they show up for their kids.
The way they keep their word to themselves.
The love they have brought back for themselves.
The healing of their relationship with food.
The way they look at food.
The way they don’t restart Monday anymore.
The fact that a trip doesn’t throw them off.
The true excitement they have for movement.
The way they aren’t scared of getting in the shower anymore, and catching a glimpse of themselves.
The fact that they can now find joy in eating again, in going on trips, in cooking.

Zesty Cilantro Chicken & Bean Salad

Oooeee this had SO MUCH flavour, such an easy cold lunch you can bring anywhere.

3 servings

350 grams Chicken Breast, Raw
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
250 mls Black Beans, Canned
250 mls Corn, Canned
1 Red Bell Pepper (small dice)
1 Green Bell Pepper (small dice)
2 stalks Green Onion (small dice)
1/4 cup Cilantro (minced)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 0%
1/2 Lime (zested & juiced)
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Pickled Jalapeno Pepper (minced)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
1 Avocado

Start BBQ. Spritz chicken with olive oil, and season with chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper. Once BBQ is hot add chicken and cook until internal temlerature reaches 165 degrees.
While chicken is cooking add everything except avocado to a large bowl. mox to combine.
Once chicken is done, dice in small pieces and add to the bowl. Mix to combine. Divide into serving size and top with avocado. **only add avocado to the servings you are eating RIGHT NOW.
