Our Women’s Power & Strength class is:
✔️ Beginner-friendly
✔️ Coached by women, for women
✔️ Focused on building strength, confidence, and movement skills
✔️ Run in a small class setting so you get extra coaching and support

We’re currently looking for 4 women to join our crew — think strong vibes, lots of encouragement, and time to focus on you.

Our CrossFit Seven Youth Programs are about so much more than fitness. We help kids:
✔️ Learn how to move safely and confidently
✔️ Build strength and coordination
✔️ Develop teamwork, focus, and resilience
✔️ Have FUN while being active

All classes are fully coached, age-appropriate, and designed to meet kids exactly where they’re at — no experience needed.

Programs for all ages:
👦 Ages 4–8: Play-based movement & coordination (Saturdays)
👧 Ages 9–12: Strength, skills & confidence-building (Saturdays)
🧑🦱 Ages 13–17: Teen strength & conditioning (Tues & Thurs)
