Did you know that we have been doing this podcast for a year now?

We have learned a lot about how it works in that period of time and we are very grateful to everyone that follows us on Spotify, Apple podcasts, YouTube, etc.

We celebrated this one year accomplishment by thinking about where we want to go from here. What does the future of the podcast look like. We realized that there were several things we could improve, and by the time we made those changes, it took us in this new and exciting direction you see now.

Part of the change is about diving into one topic with us and the guests to learn more about it, get different perspectives, and understand how to live life in a better way.

In order to keep up with the new way we want to do things, we are moving our podcast releases to bi-weekly.

We are very excited for the upcoming episodes with some amazing guests so stay tuned and follow us on your favourite podcast platform!

Our first episode came out Thursday last week so if you missed it go check it out wherever you listen to podcasts or on our website to learn more about this new direction!

As you can probably tell by now, we are not releasing an episode of our podcast this week. We are working on our next po...
