ONE NIGHT ONLY...AND THAT NIGHT IS TONIGHT!
'BACK HOME TONIGHT' welcomes KEELIN WEDGE!
KEELIN is one of the most in demand performers on PEI. She is a member of Lennie Gallant's band, performs with Eddy Quinn's 'Close to the Ground, has her own duo, 'Salt Water Dollies', to name a few. She plays fiddle, guitar, bass and any other instrument you put in her hands and is a fine singer too!
Then, there is TODD MACLEAN. He is currently a member of a number of Island bands!! 'Route 225', 'Adam MacGregor and the Foes', 'Take the Mic', 'Back Home Tonight' and has performed with Lennie Gallant, Craig Fair Productions, 'Kings Ceilidh', Basia Bulat, sits in with 'Got Blues' and other guest spots around the Maritimes. He wows on every instrument he plays - saxophone, acoustic guitar, bass, electric guitar, ukulele, keyboards, spoons...and sings as well!
Add to the mix GORDON BELSHER and wait for the surprises to happen! Gord brings 50+ years of performance experience to the stage. He plays guitars, mandola, bodhran, bass, sings and is a friendly, welcoming host. He has toured across Canada, played in Buddy Knox's band, been in a band that opened for 'The Who', has a recording studio - lives a life full of music.
TONIGHT!! You will find these three fine musicians together at Stanley Bridge Hall as part of 'BACK HOME TONIGHT' known as - the 'HAPPIEST CEILIDH on PEI'!
And....you can't have a ceilidh without a dancer! Alexis MacLaren, with her masterful stepwork fills that role beautifully!
This night will be what Islanders call 'a CORKER' and we would love to have you experience this special night of fun!
