Scenes from GREEKTOWN DETROIT in . 🇬🇷

I was honoured to be one of the creators invited to experience Greektown’s incredible transformation and celebrate the reopening of the first completed block of Monroe Street ahead of the Greektown Heritage Festival.

The evening included a behind-the-scenes walking tour, where we learned about the vision for the district, the exciting progress already made, and what’s still to come.

Of course, no visit to Greektown would be complete without amazing food! We enjoyed tastings from some of the neighborhood’s local favorites:

🍽️ Table No. 2 Table No. 2 Restaurant
🍀 The Old Shillelagh The Old Shillelagh
🔥 Firebird Tavern Firebird Tavern Detroit
🇬🇷 The Greek THE GREEK

If you haven’t been to recently, make sure to plan a visit! Explore the newly renovated Monroe Street, support the local restaurants and businesses, and experience everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.
