For me, reconciliation is not just one day. It’s a commitment to uplifting Indigenous voices, artists, and businesses in the work I do every single day.
It looks like:
✨ Hiring Indigenous people within my projects
✨ Decolonizing the way we meet, plan, and collaborate
✨ Attending learning events to deepen my knowledge
✨ Using my platform to highlight Indigenous business owners
✨ Supporting Indigenous musicians, performers, and content creators by sharing and amplifying their work
Reconciliation is action. It’s listening, learning, and showing up in meaningful ways — not just today, but always.
